INGREDIENTS
Organic steel cut or Irish oats, for 4-6 servings
Almond milk
2 T pure maple syrup
2 T organic agave (optional)
1 cup organic blueberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1 t vanilla
sliced banana
DIRECTIONS
Prepare oatmeal according to package, but use 1/2 water, 1/2 almond milk and heat on low. Watch very carefully- it can boil over very quickly.
When 3/4 cooked, add other ingredients.
Top with banana
